Guidelines to participants

A session will be organized only if it gathers six scientific papers. If a session does not meet this requirement, the scientific papers will be transferred to the session with the closest topic or distributed within the general sessions (GS).
If two sessions with closely related topics do not gather the required number of scientific papers, they can be merged with the agreement of the session organizers.

1. ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
The registration of an abstract paper is done through the Abstract Submission form located in the upper-right corner of the web page. In the form, please fill in all the required data. Your proposals should contain three to five keywords and your abstract should be between 300 and 500 words. Your proposals will be drafted in one of the official languages of the congress, French or English.
The conference abstract submissions will be peer-reviewed and evaluated by the session organisers. All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings and delivered during the conference (Book of Abstracts – PDF). By submitting a paper, all authors agree that at least one author would attend the conference.

2. REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT
Payment of the participation fee can be done by credit card or bank transfer.
To pay by bank card, please use the payment module – Registration Fee Payment – in the upper right corner of the web page. You will have to fill in your personal data and choose the price category you belong to. We specify that the Gala Dinner is optional and in case of selection its price will be added to the previously selected price category.

After pressing Next Step you will be redirected to the payment module.

3. PAPER PRESENTATION
All papers are to be presented in person.
The official languages of the congress are French and English.
The total time per paper is 20 minutes (15 minutes live presentation, with the remaining time for Q&A).
Given the time constraints, live presentations should be kept brief and to the point.
For presentations, you can also use the template provided by the organisers.

4. POSTERS
Posters are a good way of communicating about your research. They are particularly effective for presentations communicating quantitative data, but can be used for a variety of reasons. A poster may be an independent presentation, it may be an addition to your paper and it can be an alternative to an oral presentation.
We recommend that the poster size be A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm or 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches).
The posters will be linked to the sessions, and the total time per poster presentation is 5 minutes.
The poster can be presented through the video projection infrastructure, without the need to print it.
The presentation of the poster can also be sent in video format (no longer than 3 minutes), which it will be uploaded on the website to the Gallery section.
