The Congress Organiser has reserved rooms in various hotels at different price categories in Timişoara. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. The availability of rooms in each category is limited.

The majority of the hotels are located in the city center of Timişoara or at a location from which the Congress venue can easily be reached by public transportation. The negociated prices and reservations can be made online by filling the form listed below, mentioning the event code – UISPPTM2023 – and send it to the accommodation unit via e-mail.
